A birthday surprise in Krakow
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and friendliness. The room was pristine and perfect for unwinding after our city adventures. It was truly special when the hotel surprised my partner with a birthday card and chocolates!
The only downside was discovering a lack of firmer pillow options until our departure. We definitely learned for our next visit!

Couples will love it
The place was a hidden gem. The brunches at the cafe were just divine, I swear it. And that shower. Let me tell you, after a long day of exploring, it was like stepping into heaven!
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but honestly, worth every penny.

I really enjoyed my stay at Puro Krakow Kazimierz. The modern decor captivated me from the moment I walked in. My room was spacious, with a fantastic shower and strong WiFi, perfect for my needs. Free hot drinks in the lobby were a nice touch. The location was great, just a short walk to the Jewish quarter and the river. However, I encountered some issues with the staff's responsiveness. I had trouble with the WiFi, and while they were polite, they did not follow through with solutions. Also, the restaurant closed early for room service, which was inconvenient after a long day. A bit more attention to detail could really elevate the experience.

I really loved the breakfast where I could order special dishes made just for me, and the spa area was fantastic and surprisingly quiet. The gym was small but worked for my needs, and I enjoyed relaxing in the sauna and spa lounge after a long day. One minor hiccup was the kitchen closing at 10 PM, so plan your meals ahead! 😊
